DVC built three recreational cabins for West Virginia Department of Parks and Recreation. DVC coordinated with a paving company to develop a road leading to the cabins and then built the cabins out of the ground. The cabins were built to have four bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen, recreational area, and four separate decks. The cabins were completed on time and on budget for Memorial Day rentals in 2018.

DVC replaced the pool filter at the Chief Logan Park. The project also involved some improvements to the existing site: roof work, electrical work, painting, concrete repair. The project was completed on time and on budget for Memorial Day opening in 2018.
